Cannabis Business Tax Online Return mini lock

Eligibility
Cannabis Tax returns can now be processed online for the County of San Luis Obispo. If any the information printed on your return form has changed, or is incorrect, please make the necessary changes during the submittal process. If changes need to be made to any account related information that is not available online, please submit your return and corrections by postal mail.

Process
Please allow 1 to 2 business days after completing the online renewal process to receive your new cannabis tax certificate.

Enter your online renewal pin #. This number can be found on your renewal form in the top right corner. If you are unable to login with your PIN, please call our office at (805) 781-5831 Monday - Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. NO LATE PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED. Click here to have the PIN emailed to the primary contact's email on file.
