Transient Occupancy Tax Online Return

Eligibility
Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) returns and payments can now be submitted online. Returns are mailed 30-45 days prior to your TOT return submission due date.
Process
Your Transient Occupancy Tax return will be processed on the business day following the day in which it is submitted.

Enter your Transient Occupancy Tax account #. This number can be found in the box at the top of the Transient Occupancy Tax return.

Enter your online return pin #. This number can be found on your return in a box near the top right corner. If you are unable to login with your PIN, please call our office at (805) 781-5831 Monday - Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. NO LATE PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED. Click here to have the PIN emailed to the primary contact's email on file.
